Nanny State

A couple of years ago, I didn't drink for the first seven weeks of the year - up to my fiftieth birthday - and it felt great. Since then, I've largely slipped back into my old drinking habits and it feels like time for a break again. Not that I intend to go completely teetotal; maybe I'll drink one night per week, if I'm out with friends. 

There's a bit of ritual involved in drinking, not least cracking open a beer after work, so I have decided to aid my endeavours but buying in a few bottles of Brewdog's 'Nanny State'. The sharp-eyed among you might have noticed this is actually 0.5% ABV, but then so is orange juice!
