Crystallography 101

Many, many years I remember growing copper sulphate crystals in jam jars as part of school experiments. Do they still do that?

I don't recall it being quite as easy as leaving a glass of salty water to stand overnight. Anyone want some nice square sodium chloride crystals?

Having overcome my excitement at rediscovering crystallography, went for a really nice wander round a cemetery! Fellow blippers SusannaHelen and cathryng blipped the occasion.
