A deserted Eastbourne Pier.

Once the rain stopped there was some sunshine, albeit not very warm. I was surprised that Eastbourne was so deserted in spite of sales on in the shops etc. A lot of money is being spent on the massive new Arndale Centre, but round the side roads a lot of shops seemed to be closed or closing.
