Away for ......

....... another year ...
The clearing away is almost harder than putting them up! However the season always seems short, but I must say it is great to be back to " normal " again.
It has been very cold here today , the sun peeped through for about half an hour , tho' there wasn't any warmth felt!
I think it is soup season now ( tho' I do like soup at any time ) you certainly need warming food in this weather . I'm sure in the south , on the whole , we're better off weather wise than in the north. I'm a real wimp when it's cold . Am I the only one?
Glad to have a fire and central heating.

Grateful ..... that I can vacuum more easily now.
