Success selfie

I have been doing aquarobics for several years - for the uninitiated this is aerobics in a swimming pool - but have been out of action for the last 4 months due to problems with my ear and associated dizziness. Today was my first day back. Here I am, suitably bedraggled, at the pool foyer after the class. Yay, no stopping me now!
