Twiggy!

This was the final shot from our week in The Yorkshire Dales. It's not a significant photo, it's not brilliantly shot, but it reminds us of where we were.

We'd bought some peanuts for the birds at the beginning of the week, and had been entertained by a variety of feathered friends. Including a woodpecker and a few pheasants who hopped over the wall from time to time to see what fragments had been dropped on the ground.

Unfortunately it was another grey and wet start to the day, and didn't stop raining until we got to Preston on our journey south. But we've had a lovely week in spite of the weather.
