Room with a view

Arrived on Tuesday, it's now Thursday...and I still haven't set foot outside. But here's my beautiful view.

It's been a busy day of running from one thing to the other and generally feeling exhausted. On top of that I was leading a seminar for the first time at conference so there was probably extra nerves to add into the tired mix. Ellie and I had planned a run today in order to get some fresh air but instead we crashed. And then ate two dinners.

Love conference but looking forward to normal routine.
