The Old Station, Richmond (again)

A long, sometimes tedious journey south from Edinburgh to Kent is all to report today. Many stops meant the driving time of 8 hours was extended to 11 hours for the whole trip.

Torrential rain in the north as we came down M74, M6 and A66 to Richmond where we stopped for lunch at our favourite place. The rain continued as far as Wetherby, after which it was dry for the rest of the journey.

Always good to get back safely from such a long drive, now to pick up the pieces from before Christmas
