Riparian Planting....

The Taylor River banks, the riparian margins, have, over recent years, been planted up with a variety of indigenous plant species. The plantings are downstream from where I usually walk, in the urban areas nearer the town centre. There are interpretation panels erected near some planted up areas. They provide interesting and informative explanations about the Riparian Projects. Maisie and I walked this section of the river on our way back from town this morning..
