Multnomah Falls

Multnomah Falls is a waterfall on the Oregon side of the Columbia River Gorge.  We drove through late this afternoon, I took this shot out the truck window, no time to stop.  This is the area the fires were this summer, the lodge and the area right around the falls were saved but very close by is completely burned.  

Our son made an appointment to meet with a professor a Central Washington University, Communications Department tomorrow .  He is thinking of going to school there next year.  We tour the campus early tomorrow morning.  It has been snowing and is in the low 30's this evening.
