The end of a good night. A celebratory birthday meal - Mum's in 2 days time!
Felice (known to us as Mr Happy) and his wife run this fabulous establishment, the family home, the Casa della Polenta. Antipasti, 3 primi, 3 main with polenta, dolce and a tipple of genepy or limoncello make up the whole menu. It never changes and it's always full. Everything homemade and totally delicious. Happy in their work, no mention of retirement, they continue to welcome us into their home every year like long-lost relatives. Wonderful!
