Kitties!

So imagine an easy task....
my phone is out of contract
I spotted a SIM only deal with the same supplier
I try on line three times no joy
I go in the shop ... the lovely assistant tries .... no joy
Turns out the 20% reduction on my account since 2011 was jamming things
That would be great except the deal I wanted was way cheaper

We sort of laughed!
