The Phantom

Even with its rusted chain, there is a simple beauty to this bicycle - no frills, possibly plenty of thrills - locked up against these elegant new stands. It was impressive that anyone braved the atrocious weather on a bike today. 

I wonder if there is any other invention that has evolved so little in the last one hundred years than the humble bike? The basic design and principle have remained entirely unchanged. 

And a recommendation. I caught up with Forrest and saw Molly's Game. I'm a huge fan of Aaron Sorkin and he didn't disappoint in his directorial debut. A hugely entertaining film. An incredible true story. You couldn't make it up! Go see it.
