Mud bath

It's supposed to be good for you but I wouldn't fancy bathing in this mud. Tintin, our Chinese goose, decided to bathe in the smallest container he could find, immediately after I had filled it with fresh cold water.

The mud in their field is horrendous and I keep adding to it when I empty out the water baths. Being clay , I seem to be creating a number of ponds which the ducks are enjoying. I am not. It's making very hard work of what should be a pleasurable time with our feathered friends.
