sheet pancakes

Well this is something I’ll be doing again! Sheet pan banana pancakes. You basically make up your normal pancake batter, pour it into a lined baking tray, slice a banana on top, and bake for 15 minutes. They’ve turned out delicious :)

Pierre and I got some cleaning done this afternoon whilst Marius is at crèche. We’re heading out to a conference tonight - it’s at the Cafe des Pilanthropes here in Les Pilles. Dad is coming to babysit although hopefully he’ll not have much to do as we’ll be leaving at 8.30pm once Marius is asleep.
