49...and counting

My sweet friend brought over two mammoth bakery cupcakes this morning..a dark, velvety chocolate one which did not survive past 10:00am...serving nicely as breakfast.
This fragrant yellow butter cake delight with lavender/vanilla frosting is about to become history as well...serving nicely as lunch!

What a way to celebrate!
