After school run
I really didn't feel like it. I put it off. I let myself get distracted, I faffed with my laces.
Eventually I got out and from about 30 seconds in it was relaxing, enjoyable. Invigorating.
Funny how running plays games with your mind.
Even managed a bit of mobility exercise when I got home.
Is this the benefit of three whole days of meat free, dairy free living?
If that it were.
It could be these running shoes - they are so comfortable.
