Easy

Will and I used our new fancy mixer to make cakes for lunch boxes. I have decided we need more proper homemade cake in the house, in my mind it’s a much better thing for you than any other sweet thing. It’s likely a new resolution we will be able to stick to- make more cake! And the mixer was just fabulous.

I escorted Daisy to sixth form college for her interview, there was a short list of activities I was allowed to do: drive her, help her find the room, (unexpectedly) tell a lady my phone number, sit quietly well out of earshot of any actual talking. I managed it all with great aplomb, taking advantage of the coffee facilities. All went well apparently although the man interviewing her was ‘a bit weird’. No matter, we don’t think she will have to ever see him again so all good.

Otherwise work, cup of tea with my mum as she returned the car load of stuff we left at her house over Christmas, and now yoga to come.
