Ethereal Hoy (Day 970)

I was poked out of bed again this morning by an impatient Talisker demanding his morning wander up the hill. It was a lot later than usual, so I suppose I can forgive him. 
Back at home I was still sitting in front of a heater when  my  beautiful wife returned from her overnight shift at work. After a quick coffee, HV took advantage of the beautiful morning to do hoss stuff. I spent some time removing the defective part from the boiler in the hope that the new part will arrive tomorrow morning.
After lunch, we took the dogs out for a wander along the Lyde Road again. There was a slight temperature inversion across Stenness and some mist hung around Hoy. It was glorious to walk in sunshine on a windless day.
