Social gathering

Today was the day of the new years get together that my son REALLY wanted.

Pizzas, chocolate cake, friends (of course) and a most eclectic spotify playlist made especially for the occasion. It was NOT a party. Lol.

It's amazing how quiet the house feels once everyone goes home.

I need to go and buy a kettle now as ours has packed up.

Term starts again tomorrow so I have to drive my oldest back to college. It will be even quieter without him!
