I can't say I'm feeling brilliant, but a bit better at least. Thanks to a shed load of miracle cures that Jacqui brought from Morrisons in Gibraltar.

Well enough to venture up into the hills with Duke for an afternoon perambulation. I don't know if it was just me being poorly, but it did seem very warm today. About 18º according to the car, but the exertion certainly brought me out in a sweat.

Better take it easy for the rest of the day.
