Stormy Day
Second of three grey days forecasted. Again some snow overnight and more sleet during the morning. We nevertheless ventured out of for an hour brisk walk through the forest to avoid wind and water as far as possible. Luckily we just arrived back home when the predicted storm started - up here it was a massive snow storm which started around 2pm. Wonderful cosy to stay inside while out there a white hell broke loose.
2 hours of project work, a delicious mid afternoon dinner with a bit of lobster, shrimps, long aubergines, red peppers and some Rosé. Shoveling some snow while it roasted in the oven.
Still snowing now at 5p. Perfect evening for one or even two movies.
Update: it was so heavily snowing that the cross country slopes were entirely covered and we used them to walk to Sertig Sand and back. 3 hours of snowshoeing in the dark with head lamps in the deep soft snow and not meeting a single soul.
Back at 9pm. Hot shower, cheese and bread with Insieme from Davaz. Too tired for a movie afterwards - probably.
