storm eleanor has passed, although we're still having a blustery old day today! Thankfully no real damage to the garden overnight, other than some pots being blown over!

Quick trip to Leigh this morning to drop off 5 bags of 'stuff' to the charity shop there - the decluttering is going well! Also stopped off to see a friend and exchange christmas presents as we didn't get a chance to see each other over the holidays! Got some lovely candles and a Bros - remember them!? - calendar!

Hellebores have now begun to open in the garden which is always a lovely sight - even if you do have to get down on the floor to really enjoy them!
