Dini and Kiwi

Met this gorgeous pair of fluffiness on our family walk today. Japanese breed of some kind but to me looked like mini huskies.

The white one is called Dini - short for Houdini - and the grey one Kiwi. The owner told us he’s worked hard to build up Kiwi’s confidence as she was a rescue dog. I let her sniff my hand and stroked her head.

Dini was super excited and said hello to us all wagging his tail and nudging my dad’s pockets looking for treats. What a gorgeous pair of doggies.

Sniffles has turned into a full on cold this evening and I’m eating oranges hoping it helps. Felt really sad to leave family this evening after a lovely couple of days. Only two weeks to dad’s birthday so more family time soon.
