Next in line was the cigarette holder. Another "we think" job. 
It's guessed as Amber mouthpiece, with Meerschaum holder and "adorned" by silver.
The addition of the box serves a number of purposes.
1. Gives Lynn a look at the back.
2. Illustrates why we thought it was a burr.
3. Prevents a  . . . . l   o   n   g  . . . thin photo.
4. Having seen the box in my paw, it gives a clue to size of holder.

I, sorrowfully, admit to having forgotten about the "hole" in the top. I suspect there has been an insert of some kind in there, like the "twin" I found at that well-known auction site. Seems it MAY be walnut.
