Day 3

Of our New Year resolution to get fit and healthy.
We are lucky enough to have a pretty 7 klm walk almost at our door, so we are setting of each morning to walk in a valiant attempt to walk off all the extra "poundage" . 
Looking at the birds (see yesterday's Blip) and flora , today's Frangipani, help ease the effort of getting back into some sort of fitness.
