Immatue Bald marks our 47th!

To celebrate our 47th anniversary --married in Cleveland Ohio in 1971, we , both loving nature and seeking out wild animals in their natural settings, headed up to the Nooksake river north east of Bellingham, Wa.  There were not near as many as in years past....we were told they were up there earlier in December this year.  But we did seem some and also quite a few immature ones.  So it was a fun and beautiful outing.  Very cold, but not as bitter cold as last year was us there.  We brought along the hooligans and ran them at the Padden Lake dog park afterwards.

    Then we stopped and picked up our longtime friend Peg who now lives up there and we all went to lunch together and then to Mallard Ice Cream for dessert!   A nice day and the dogs traveled very well.  
    Tonight we will just kick back and enjoy the peace and quiet at home...a very nice anniversary today.
