Thats a lot

A crap sleep but up early and took Juno out for her walk. We had company with Brodie and his owner. Brodie bolted on a scent so we split up to find him, I met up with another regular walker and we searched. We spotted Brodie with his owner from the top of the hill.

We had a training session today, shooting from distance. It was a good session with me leading. Sadly on demo an exaggerated follow though from a shot I pulled my hamstring.

Hobbled back home and my onions, shallots and garlic had arrived. Brilliant can sort out next week hopefully.

Sat icing the back of my thigh , headed out for food shopping and read the papers.
