A Ne'er Day Feast.....

for the eyes! Our friend's garden is a magnet for birds, and we spent a good while on New Year's morning admiring the many feathered friends that were visiting the bird feeder. The goldfinches were by far the most colourful today. Second feast was playtime with almost two-year old Noah, Nan and Drew's gorgeous grandson. And finally later on we sat down to our own traditional Ne'er Day feast - steak pie of course! It's been a great couple of relaxing days, that we have both benefited from. Home tomorrow...
