NYD @ M & D......

Our New Year's Day seems to be following a pattern, and a very happy one! Could become a tradition!

Traffic was good as we headed for Blackwall Tunnel and stayed that way for all travel today. Always a plus!

Sister #3 and husband had come up from Yeovil and it was great to see them. Nephew Jonathan, on holiday from Cambridge, was there too! He is one great kid! We took sister #1 with us and sister#4 made a delicious meal.  We 4 complete! 

Connaught Water proved a popular venue for afternoon walks with lots of families enjoying time together. We did one circuit only...it was COLD today!  

Back home where We 4, plus Jonathan, played Bananagram, a brilliant speed Scrabble game, and tried our hand at the maths version too. 

Supper and more happy time together before travelling home, which we did in record time!

Posting this on 2nd Jan. Today Gadget Kid and G came for lunch. They return to warmer climes tomorrow! It was fantasic to have more time with them this holiday.
