South Park

South Park - no not the American animated sitcom created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone for the Comedy Central television network - but the National Trust's acid grassland park adjoining the famous Sheffield Park Gardens. Heavy frost and thick mist greeted the spaniel and I early this morning down in the valley of the river Ouse but as we came up the slope the mist was starting to clear and the distant church spire of St Andrew and St Mary the Virgin in Fetching could be seen above the trees (left hand side).

One thing I'd not noticed before - the barbed wire on these new fences is definitely blue.
