Back In The Saddle

I confess, since the weather turned colder, my running has lapsed a bit. Now I have no excuse not to exercise come rain, snow, hail or hurricane.
Dear old D bought me a cross trainer for Christmas and today I actually managed to do some exercise on it. I haven’t worked out all the settings yet but, one day at a time....

I spent the rest of the day working but managed a little nana nap this afternoon.
D’s cooking dinner, Poppy’s just got back from town and Alf is off to football training.
It’s like Christmas never happened.
