Suspended in time

Another day out in the open, therapy for the soul. This time supporting my 14 year old son and his team, away at Sefton RUFC. He can't be seen in this shot due to the angle but its a great one to blip I feel.
The adrenalin of mountain running with its surges in heart rate coupled with nervous anticipation can not however, be raised near to the levels when watching your beautiful boy in the bottom of a maul.
