Amused today as I went for a long wander around Ealing, trying to get my brain into a more stable place after a day yesterday in which I found myself feeling irritable at tiny things.

Walking in parks and sitting people-watching helps me to get a sense of perspective. Homesickness is hitting hard right now, but gratitude lists and phone calls home are helping.
