The Autumn Leaf - A Blip Poem
An early blip deserves some praise
It takes the pressure off your days
No worrying if a chance will come
To catch someone falling on their bum
Or a sunset that lights up the sky
Or a bright parade go matching by
No desperation late at night
When you try and try with all your might
To leave the chuffing cats alone
And then shoot your beer with your phone
Happy another day has passed
And hoping that you won't get grassed
For taking such thoughtless paps
To avoid those loathsome, nasty gaps
An early blip can bring regret
When you get buzzed low by a crashing jet
And capture the moment of ejection
And then you're filled with such dejection
Having bottled it with some relief
Already uploaded a poxy leaf
Have a lovely Sunday all, my blip is in the bag!
