Splashing....

....dripping and then freezing over the branches and down onto the shoreline. So beautiful with the sun out  but it's still only 2 degrees F with a wind chill of a numbing 10 below, so only stayed at the park for about 10 minutes!
 I'd originally planned on going to Bradford Beach to photograph the members of the Polar Bear Club taking their annual New Years Day plunge into Lake Michigan, but I was only going to do it if the temperature was higher---at 2 degrees it's WAY too cold to stand around, and I figured I could just watch the goofballs members on the news tonight!  :))
