Happy New Year to all blippers

A relaxing day, the weather was mild and dry. R came over at lunchtime and joined us for a walk round Whisby Nature Park, the place that we saw the starlings two days ago. 

There was a smaller number of birds in the skies this late afternoon, enough to impress those people who had not seen them previously, but not magical enough to blip.
