Two parts to the day
It seemed to rain all night and then again this morning. We noticed the sun beginning to break through the clouds and so decided to drive to one of the large sandy beaches in the north of the island. The dogs enjoyed a jolly good chase although the wind was bitterly cold. This is me with the dogs. There were many people out taking the first walk of the New Year.
We then drove home along the east coast and within twenty minutes the weather had changed considerably. The extra is the entrance to St Peter Port harbour. You can just see the green light on one of the lighthouses at the entrance. The sky became heavy and it rained once more.
Thank you so much for all the hearts and stars on yesterdays harbour blip. Much appreciated, you are all so very kind. :)
