Relight My Fire

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

We went to meet friends at Yellowcraigs beach for a dog walk and then for lunch in The Open Arms in Dirleton. The blokes had a very amusing conversation about hair growing in unexpected places after a certain age and their initial outrage the first time the barber asked if they would like their ears/noses/eyebrows dealt with*.

In the evening, we met up with The Explorer, Boots, Diego and Alicia to do the torchlight procession. It is spectacular to see all of the torches going down the Royal Mile but we decided we would just go to a pub and watch it next year. Waiting for an hour and a half in a packed crowd before we started walking took a little of the shine away from the experience but to my amazement there was minimal moaning from the youths!
