Tasting Talisker

Mrs tsuken got me for Christmas a really cool set of drams of five different whiskies - from Drinks by the Dram. It's a wonderful way to experience a bunch of different drops without having to fork out a pile of dosh on something that might or might not live up to the name, or what you've heard - or might just not be your particular thing.

Tonight's dram was the Talisker ten year old. It. Is. Wonderful. I would say it has all the best qualities of Laphroaig, but is smoother and more pleasant. Very lingering too, I must say.
