Home today...

...but not before a bracing wander along Murlough beach. It was very bracing and blustery...we might not have walked so far along if we had realised the force of the head wind we had to walk back in. That said it did actually pick up a bit while we were down there. Goggles and head scarves would have been good at points!

Boys loved it...they were running as wild as the wind. We had the wee cousin well wrapped up though and his buggy hood well down. That sand was nippy when it caught your face. Weim with his flappy lugs wasn’t all that happy either.

Blew the cobwebs away.

Then a quick coffee and bite to eat at The Railway Street coffee shop. It’s a lovely we coffee shop. Es & I enjoyed sourdough bruschetta with goats cheese, beetroot and avocado...delicious.

Cousin Conor’s Gallagher cousins and their Mum joined us so all the lads had one more chance to hook up their game consoles and play.

Then it was time to say our cheerios. Always miss the wee lads chat when you’ve been surrounded by it for a couple of days. Love the chat and observing the thought processes of toddlers. Will miss them all but we have FaceTime and the prospect of a return fixture soon of them visiting us.

Very grateful for this time we have had together.
