Stillness in the midst of busy

Wanted to catch the sunset light reflected on the channel marker.  I really liked the young girl, pensive, in the way, too.

Extras =  
1.  A self-contained amaryllis grew in an unopened box.   The bulb appears to be coated in festive red wax.   Does not need water, it says.

2.  The sun going down on 2017.   It was brilliant.

I had been hoarding my extras and had two to use today, hoping to get a good sunset shot - or two.   However, (given the time difference ?), the new year of 100 extras has already kicked in.   Bugger, I'm now already down to 98 in the waning hours of 2017!
