Back in May, you could have had the chance. A recently decommissioned local neighborhood Seattle Fire Station went up for sale. Minimum bid - $250,000. Final sale price - $613,000. Fire trucks not included.

The 1925 building is listed as a historical landmark, so the new owner is not allowed to change the exterior appearance.

The firemen recently moved into a brand new building several blocks away.
