Nightfever........

....this was taken in town tonight at an church event, Nightfever, for youth evangelisation. I offered to try and get some photos for the organisers to possibly use to advertise future events....photos attempting to grasp some of the atmosphere of the night. It was a pretty amazing evening. I used to be very involved with youth work, and evangelisation, in my 20's....and it was great to go tonight and see loads of young folk trooping in off the streets to light a candle, and pray for something in their life that is important to them just now. I was always a bit dubious about street evangelisation...but tonight shows it sure can work!!!

Been a bit crazy busy recently.....with all available time being spent trying to buy something to wear to my friend's Hen night, then wedding...it's only a few weeks away now....the hen night is next weekend!! It's been a big trauma quite frankly!!! I'm between sizes and everything is too tight, too loose, too long, too short...mostly dreadful!!!!! Ughhhh!!!

HOWEVER, ....I finally got there today....pretty much!! I have the hen night sorted....THEN Iwalked past one shop several days in a row...and on display near the door was this dress that I thought looked totally ridiculous and OTT!! Today in desperation, I wondered in, was accosted by the manager who became my personal shopper....and coaxed me to try SAID dress on!! I was too tired and fed up to politely resist and lamely followed her into the dressing room!!! Whereupon I found my outfit!!!!!!! Lol!!! I am now the very proud owner of the most ridiculous overkill dress....and it really looks great and suits me!!! I would NEVER have chosen it alone!!! Thankyou nice lady!!! :-)))))) I got a gorgeous shrug too....and can't wait to wear it now!! How the heck I'll take any photos while wearing it is a whole other issue...but who cares!!!!!!! :-)))))))

Sorry I'm virtually missing...once I get organised I'll be back to normal...I just don't want to leave this stuff too late!!

Night all....off to Edinburgh tomorrow so better get to bed...
