New Year Approaches

The first of the 'Spring' crocus in flower this season is this white form of Crocus danfordiae.  A little taste of things to come.

A hastily arranged trip into the city with Ruth and Jamie this afternoon.  The fun game of fitting two wheelchairs in the car!  We had a good outing, all came home with things they wanted.  In my case, a new belt after my 30 year old one broke this morning .... was heading for embarrassment if the final thread snapped!
