Happy New Year

To each and everyone I wish you all a Happy New Year. May 2018 be everything that you wish for.
I am not someone who enjoys a party, so I spent New Years Eve hiking around Anstey Hill recreational park. We are supposed to be in summer, but it got quite chilly after the sun went down. I live close which means I am up there several times a week. Not only is it a great place for walking, hiking and mountain biking, it is also a great place for photography. It is a popular destination for wildlife and nature photographers. I don't have the gear for such pursuits unfortunately. 
I am back from the Hill and have processed some pics and it is already new years day, and all the fireworks have stopped and the noise has died down, so I think I will get some sleep.
