I've started a new job that happens to be a hundred or so yards outside the City. And at this time of renewal and optimism, I figured it only right that I revisit some of old preconceptions, adopt a more neighbourly perspective - and consider how, deep down, the unpunished architects of our prolonged economic woes are just like the rest of us, really.
