This is How The Day Began.......

Driving to bonsai this am, I saw this front coming over the huge fields in Ocala.  They were  dramatic, to me, so I tried to photograph them.
    The first extra is the greeting table at the nursery.  I took my cactus over to share with everybody.  It is still so bright and beautiful.   
     The second extra is the group gathering around a rather large wooden, table top that moves like an overgrown lazy-suzan.  It allows everyone to see the bonsai being discussed, up close (rather than across the table)  Then it sits on another lazy susan so that the person analyzing  the tree, can rotate it to see all sides and angles of the plant under discussion.  It's a great system to analyze each bonsai.
   The 3rd extra was taken after lunch.  Now that we are all full of pizza and delicious home baked goodies, we have broken up into groups to work on our individual trees.  As is seen here, sometimes 2 or 3 will gather and discuss certain aspects of their tree that is a particular problem.  This group was discussing wiring, wire sizing and wiring techniques needed for the desired effects.
   The last extra was taken after the day was winding down.  People were changing groups, having completed what they wanted to, and were gathering up there things, wishing each other a Happy New Year.

I am down from 37 extras to 9 remaining for tomorrow.....   I am getting there!
