Amazon Despatch

I quite thought that Amazon had forgotten about all the books I'd put up for sale. Not so. I had an email yesterday telling me to get my skates on and despatch a book. No allowance had been made for the Christmas season.

I felt a bit better this morning and got round to it. I tend to use MyHermes as courier but they always ask for the recipient's telephone number, which Amazon never supplies. Fired off an email to the buyer but waited in vain. So just in case, I tried postage via Royal Mail. Oh joy, it worked, and no need for the telephone number.

Love doing business online although I had to ask Len to take the package down to the Post Office for me.
