Changing the guard

I was up in town at the time of changing of the guard today. This shot shows them on their way back to the barracks passing the Guildhall. I'm not exactly sure what the gesture signifies. It could be that he is the conductor.

This is not the image I had wanted to use, but rather a picture that was less zoomed in, however its focus was not 100% sharp. Since the focus is so good with my new lens/camera combination, any slight blurring is more noticeable !
